At each trailhead are signs showing and describing the route. The signs are in keeping with other site amenities designed for Voyageurs Retreat.

As part of the Voyageurs Retreat vacation property development, Treeline recommended, located, and then created this interpretive trail.  It is written both for adults and children, and is designed to provide a basic overview of the northwoods landscape in which the development sits.  Nine stations provide participatory information about trees, ecosystems, geology, and history.

Treeline laid out the trail, identified interpretive points, researched and wrote all interpretive text, prepared all hand drawings, performed graphic layout, and coordinated fabrication and installation.
