Treeline's final survey report communicates extensive and varied data in a simple, easy-to-read format.

This client perception survey was undertaken to help a landscape architecture firm chart a course for their second decade in business.  Treeline conducted interviews of 18 clients, asking prepared questions and also engaging the respondents in free-form discussions about the design business and the firm's performance.

The quantitative and journalistic data were then incorporated into an easy-to-read report, which includes tables, quotes, and numerous "key findings," which boil the collected sentiments of the clients down to their essences.  All interviews were conducted confidentially, and preserving that trust while still providing useful data to the landscape architecture firm was a key aspect of the final report.

Treeline continues to serve as a resource for the landscape architecture firm as questions arise about specific aspects of the data.
